Postman Ralph Prior Park College; a school with a view? Well, yes and it is thanks to Ralph Allen (1693 - 1764) who had the vison and funds to build such a fantastic house on the side of a hill overlooking Bath. But how did he gain his wealth and prominence in 18th Century Bath?
