Consent preferences

We want to speak with you the way you want us to. During summer 2018, in line with changes to the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018), Prior Park Schools and Foundation undertook an exercise to confirm the communication preferences with all our alumni, parents, former parents and friends. We look forward to speaking with you.

Privacy Notices

Prior Park Schools and The Prior Foundation is a registered as a charity in England and Wales as Prior Park Educational Trust; Charity No. 281242. Company Ltd No. 01521832.

This privacy notice provides information about how we process personal data. Prior Park School’s Development & Alumni Relations Office will undertake to respect any personal data you share with us and keep it safe. We will not do anything with your data that you wouldn’t reasonably expect us to.

Fundraising is playing an increasingly significant role in keeping Prior Park School’s fee increases to a minimum, and enhancing the learning environment for our pupils - without reallocating core funds. Fundraising is essential for us to fulfil our charitable aims, especially making an independent education accessible to gifted children from families who, due to financial constraints, would not otherwise be able to consider such an option.

We do not use third party profiling companies but we do access publicly available information about potential supporters (examples would be: LinkedIn, Companies House, Who’s Who, articles in publications - mostly derived from simple internet searches) to create a profile of interests and preferences so that our fundraising efforts are appropriate and efficient.

It is our intention to keep in touch with alumni, parents, former parents and friends through all available media. We have undertaken a process of collecting communication preferences in June 2018 and you can update/amend your preferences by emailing development@priorparkschools.com at any time.

We are determined that the information we hold on you is accurate, fair and not excessive. Please help us by regularly updating your details. You can do so easily by clicking here.
