Tom Barton (PPA 2004), owner and founder of Honest Burgers, will give us his story thus far and tell us how his company has mange to command such a large slice of market share in this particular sector of the city centre restaurant market.

Simon Moore (PPA 1977) is hosting us in his Islington restaurant: The Highbury Arts Club; a coffee house during the day and a restaurant/tapas bar during the evening. He (well his Chef) will be serving up authentic homemade Spanish Tapas and Japanese Japas. There is a £10 cover charge for the food and there will be a cash bar.
