Anna and AndriiAnna and Andrii's first term at Prior Park College
HMC Projects gives students from Central and Eastern Europe an unparalleled opportunity to study for two years in a British school. The programme was initated by our former Head Master, Patrick Tobin, and has nurtured excellent contacts between young people as they advance in their careers and retain a deep understanding of other countries' traditions and culture.

In 2018, 93 boys and girls enrolled at 50 schools. Anna from Slovakia and Andrii from Ukraine are about to complete their first term with us at Prior Park. We asked them a few questions...

Click here to read their take on PPC, English food, the English love for gossip and what they miss about home. Oh, and Brexit!

WW1 Centrary Mass for the Fallen - Remembrance Sunday 2018

The Prior Park community came together in Our Lady of the Snows Chapel on Sunday 11th November for a moving Remembrance Sunday Mass to mark the 100th Anniversary of the end of World War One. In honour of those Prior Park boys who went to War but did not return to family or friends, the Headmaster unveiled the Prior Park Memorial Chapel which was blessed by Father Simon during the service.

Archibald MankelowThe Headmaster took the opportunity to reflect on the lives of three of Prior Park’s ‘old boys’ who fought and died in the two World Wars - Archibald Mankelow, Ralph Goulstone Gale and James Williams - remembering them as representatives of all those who served their country, paying the ultimate sacrifice. He also welcomed the descendants of the James Williams’s family, who travelled from New Zealand and Zambia, to be with us in our collective remembrance of these young men. Read more...
